The Class Schedule

Our weekly schedule offers expert-led group fitness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Boxing classes for kids and adults. Whether you’re building strength in the gym, developing technique on the mats, or sharpening your skills through boxing, every class is thoughtfully coached, supportive, and designed to help you progress with confidence.

FITNESS

A crowd favorite for good reason—Avenger mixes it up every time! With constantly changing formats and movement styles, this total-body workout builds strength, boosts cardio, and improves mobility so you can move better, feel better, and leave stronger!

This high-energy circuit class features 14 stations, each with a unique movement to target different areas of the body. You’ll rotate through each one for a set time, with everything ready for you when you walk in. Just show up & get to work!

This kickboxing-inspired class blends fun with function. You’ll burn fat, boost endurance, reduce stress & learn real striking techniques in the process. Suitable for all levels. Boxing gloves recommended!

Available to all current Pro Fitness Training members—Fitness, BJJ, and Boxing. Enjoy access to the gym and equipment for independent workouts. Suggested workouts are often posted on the board, or you’re welcome to follow your own plan! Please be mindful of others’ sessions and clean up when finished. No bag work while personal training sessions are in progress.

A bodyweight-based class focused on primal movement patterns. You’ll crawl, lunge, shuffle & roll your way through these full-body floor exercises. Think bear crawls, crab walks, and “fish out of water” drills that leave you stronger, more mobile & surprisingly sweaty!

Built for strength & muscle development, Warrior is all about intentional movement with strategic sets and reps. The best part? No timer. You’ll move through each segment at your own pace for a focused, self-directed challenge!

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Ages 13+. A structured program designed for all experience levels – from beginners to Black Belts! Build real-world self-defense skills, gain competition readiness, and train in a supportive community that values discipline, respect, and lifelong growth.

Ages 13+. An unstructured training session where members can roll, drill, and test their skills with teammates. Open to all experience levels; great for practice, problem-solving, and sharpening technique.

Ages 7-13. A foundational BJJ program focused on skill development, discipline, confidence, and community. Students learn practical self-defense, gain strength, and earn recognition for achievements as they progress.

BOXING

Our boxing classes focus on teaching real boxing fundamentals in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment. You’ll work on proper technique, footwork, combinations, conditioning, and coordination while building confidence, strength, and mental focus.

Whether you’re brand new to boxing or looking to sharpen your skills, each class is designed to meet you where you’re at and help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident every time you step in the gym.
