Kurt has been involved in health & fitness training for 10+ years. His training background was formed through many years of martial arts and sports training. He takes an enthusiastic & innovative approach towards his fitness programming, and is constantly testing his theories on himself.

  • National Strength & Conditioning Association – Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT)

  • Certified Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Ryan Wied
Pro Fitness Training Trainer

Ryan was born and raised in Minneapolis. Prior to his experience working here at PFT, he worked as a strength coach for Apple Valley High School's athletic program, as well as for WSU's softball team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with an Emphasis on Strength and Conditioning
  • National Strength & Conditioning Association – Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS)
  • MovNat Level 1 and 2 Certified Trainer
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certified
